PROPOSED · PARTNER DEPENDENTFlorida residents · USD payments · USD stablecoins and selected cryptocurrencies in the demo
Final eligibility, payment rails, transaction limits, fees, and launch timing will be agreed with the selected partners. Expansion requires a separate review.
02 / THE OPERATING MODEL
A partner-led model is the starting point for discussion. Who holds funds, who executes transfers, and who carries each obligation must be explicit in the final arrangement.
Product interface, customer communication, and program operations within an agreed scope.
Account and funds structure, payment execution, and oversight as defined by the legal model.
Bank transfers, and if approved separately, an issuing program and a digital-asset conversion venue.
No bank, licensed payments provider, or card network partnership is represented as signed. Customer funds are not accepted by this demo.
The final design needs to establish legal custody, account ownership, customer entitlements, settlement timing, and a daily reconciliation process. Customer funds and company operating funds must have clearly defined treatment.
Agreements should assign onboarding, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, reporting, disputes, complaints, record retention, audit access, incident response, and orderly program termination.
03 / COMPLIANCE & READINESS
This is a proposed readiness framework, not a statement that these controls are implemented or independently validated. Production requires documented owners, procedures, testing, and approvals.
Florida is the intended initial market. A Florida-only launch still requires an analysis of applicable state and federal obligations and controls around customer and transaction geography.
A policy document is a starting point. The applicable program needs accountable people, working procedures, evidence of execution, and review proportionate to the risks.
Before onboarding customers, the program needs a clear account structure and a tested process for exceptions, disputes, and the return of funds.
No deposit insurance claim is made for Cybersaultus or the demo. Any future disclosure depends on the actual bank and account structure.
The proposed security workstream connects technical safeguards with operational ownership, supplier review, and evidence suitable for partner diligence.
These are proposed controls. Testing, staffing, and audit evidence remain prerequisites to be established.
04 / THE PATH TO LAUNCH
A sequence of decision gates, rather than a promised launch date. The live product should proceed only after the necessary legal, partner, and operational approvals.
Review the consumer journeys in a simulated wallet. Validate the intended use case and proposed Florida scope.
Confirm the legal entity, funds flow, licensing analysis, partner fit, and commercial assumptions.
Execute agreements, secure required authorizations, implement controls, and complete operational testing.
Introduce an approved, limited program with agreed limits, monitoring, support, and explicit expansion gates.
05 / PARTNERSHIP REVIEW
Seeking alignment with a regulated banking or payments provider that can evaluate a Florida-focused consumer wallet, including a proposed digital-asset conversion path, and define a viable path to production.
A discussion document. Not a license application or evidence of partner approval.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
The status and limits of the current concept, in plain language.
No. The current Cybersaultus wallet is an interactive demonstration. Its balances and transactions are simulated. It does not accept deposits, execute live transfers, or issue payment cards.
This site does not represent Cybersaultus as a licensed money transmitter, an approved bank program, or a registered MSB. No executed banking or payments partnership is represented here. The legal entity, required authorizations, and agreements must be established and verified before launch.
Not automatically. The answer depends on the actual activities, funds flow, contracts, and applicable law. Florida licensing and federal BSA obligations need separate analysis. A bank’s exemption or a provider’s license should not be assumed to cover every activity of the app.
A future card would require an eligible issuing bank or sponsor, an approved program and processing arrangement, and applicable network and brand approvals. Visa is a potential future network choice, not a current partner. No Visa card is available through Cybersaultus today.
A focused initial geography helps define the customer, operating requirements, and partner discussion. It does not remove federal obligations or settle the treatment of out-of-state recipients. Any broader reach needs a separate legal and operational assessment.
No. The Cybersaultus demo is free to open and tap through. It is not a wallet deposit, investment, bank account, or payment-service authorization.
No. The demo lets you convert simulated USD, USDC, USDT, Bitcoin, and Ethereum at a quoted rate so partners can review the journey. Those balances are not real assets, the quotes are not live market orders, and no virtual-currency exchange is operating.
